Click here to show more about Cindy Miller I have been an official reporter for the last 16 years. My first two years I lived in Lincoln, Nebraska, and worked in juvenile court with the Honorable Thomas Dawson. I then moved back to Iowa in ’95 and primarily worked in juvenile court with the Honorable Karla J. Fultz, but also had the chance to work in District Court for a few years too while I was in Polk County. I am currently working with District Associate Judge Monty W. Franklin covering mostly juvenile hearings in the rural counties in the Fifth District. I live in Osceola on an acreage with my husband Mark and what we consider our children, our five dogs. We have four Chinese Shar-peis: Dale, Sadie, Rocky and Willey. Then we have our stray that showed up about 5 years ago, our Border Collie, Bondo. Though we love them all, we’ve come to the conclusion, we really don’t know what we were thinking when we got them all. My hobbies are scrapbooking, reading, watching movies and spending time outside, whether it is toddling on the motorbike with Mark or taking Bondo for a walk. I have been on the ICRA Board for the last three years and have had the privilege of meeting and getting to know some wonderful reporters. I would not give up my experience on the ICRA Board for anything. It’s been worth all the time effort it takes.
